THE GREASY HANDS PREACHERS - El Solitario

THE GREASY HANDS PREACHERS

We had the luck to be part of this awesome project among other amazing Moto-folks that over time have become sort of like family. Shinya, Roland, Fred, Hugo, Julian… In other world, we could easily see each other as concurrence, but this is the beauty of this little niche world. We are in it for two wheeled fulfillment & simply survive doing what we love. Its amazing how after eliminating the greed factor, all you have left is pure joy and admiration for your peers. Filmmakers, Artur & Clement did an awesome job capturing this mirage in 16mm film, with all the problematic, uncertainty & magic that this obsolete and romantic process has to offer. Moto-folks of the world Keep on speeding and give us a hand making the Moto-movie of your generation. Share this info & if you can become a backer on kickstarter!

The Greasy Hands Preachers is a feature documentary film shot entirely in Super 16mm.

FEATURING:

So far we have shot in California, Utah, Nevada, France, Scotland, Spain and Indonesia. We will finish shooting in March 2014.

We are making the film we / you wanted to see. We have realized that we were not alone and that a lot of people want to see a beautiful motorcycle film shot in film not HD. Since Easy Rider or On Any Sunday not much has been made on motorcycles. With the help of friends, and our three fantastic partners : Belstaff, BMW Motorrad and Motul, who since the beginning believed in our project and gave us early financial support. We have been able so far to shoot our film almost entirely. Now we need the help and support of our community to finish post-production and allow this film to be released this year and maybe one day become a classic!
