Optimistic weather forecasts predicted 2 days of heavy rains and stormy skies. Wheels & Waves chief had the chance to cancel but he did not, and the fuck he was right. Anyone can ride in the sun, but it takes a bunch you can trust to stay packed and ride far acknowledging conditions will not ameliorate.
