Thanks to the guys from IMT-Bikes for loaning us the FAT 1200GS that transported us to Toulouse in one piece & without any mechanical incidences. Cruising speeds are incredibly high with this boxer and she feels at home cross-country highways. Only nuisance, was a sort of “Munro wobbling effect” dicovered above 180kph, that was strangely suppressed by moving my head up, away from the screen & against the wind… weird engineering… Of course we had the mandatory lunch @ Landa (Burgos), and after 5 tanks of gas, made it to the wicked party that Vincent, and the SouthsidersMC, had carefully planned for all of us… and what a party!!! Beautiful bikes, cars, rock & roll and a pack of the nicest people walking on this world!!!
More to follow soon (Friday & Saturday…), but meanwhile check The Vintagent for a better glimpse of what is going on in the belle town of Toulouse. We will keep on South to reach home.
